tri-lo devlopment consultants is an architectural and engineering consultancy working primarily in infrastructure related projects that are often accompanied by capacity building measures. We offer a variety of services, such as architectural and engineering designs, site supervision, feasibility studies, programme and project management, evaluations and technical training.  We do this either as the client's main consultant or a sub-consultant to other companies with whom we usually enjoy long-term collaborations. Our particular strength is implementing projects financed by the German Financial Cooperation (through KfW) in African countries.
