• Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation process of the two projects

• Assessing their relevance to the sectoral objectives and the country strategy

• Determination of the degree of achievement of the results obtained in the components of each project 

• Identification of obstacles and constraints encountered in the implementation of these projects

• Recommendations to facilitate the implementation
